Case presentation of the patient who has been treated for cyptorchidism of left testicle in youth and operation of the groin was performed but testicle was not found and it was believed to be an "agenesis" of the left testicle.
Sudden abdominal pain caused by large intraabdominal seminoma of the left retained testicle has occured in the age of 28 years. Retroperitoneal infradiaphragmatic lymphadenopathy has been present in the time of diagnosis.
One time procedure of radical orchiectomy and radical modificated bilateral retroperitoneal lymfadenectomy was performed. After adjuvant chemotherapy the patient is in complete remission.
From this case report ensues importancy of diagnostic laparoscopy by all patients in whom testicle or its remnants has not been found in scrotum or groin.
