We report about a case of a Leydig cell tumor, which is one of the most common nongerminal tumors of the testis. Endocrine symptoms, which develop due to the tumors hormonal activity, can be the only sign of the disease. The overproduction of hormones leads to the hypogonadism and can also lead to infertility. Some Leydig cell tumors are malignant with metastatic potential. The treatment is surgical and prognosis depends on early diagnosis.
