Současné trendy při rekonstrukci striktur penilní uretry

Šuldová K. Současné trendy při rekonstrukci striktur penilní uretry. Operační řešení striktur penilní uretry patří mezi nejnáročnější úkoly rekonstrukčního urologa. Rekonstrukce jednoho centimetru penilní uretry bývá stejně náročná jako rekonstrukce čtyř centimetrů bulbární uretry. Cílem práce je provést analýzu studií z posledních tří let, týkajících se řešení striktur penilní uretry, jejichž etiologie souvisí s instrumentací, infekcemi močových cest nebo s úrazy. Zařazeny byly i striktury nejasného původu. Důležitou součástí práce je porovnání úspěšnosti uretroplastiky při užití živeného laloku nebo bukálního štěpu. Šuldová K.
