Case report of giant condyloma acuminatum (Buschke-Löwenstein tumor)

We present a case report of giant condyloma acuminatum (Buschke-Löwenstein tumor). HPV (Human Papillomavirus) related lesion about the size of 25 cm was treated by wide radical excision. Buschke-Löwenstein tumors are classified as premalignat lesions of the perigenital area cause local destruction of tissues with the posibility of malignant trasnformation in half of the cases
