ZÁVĚR
V případě naší pacientky se osvědčila tradičně
doporučovaná léčba infikované cysty urachu
s odložením excize po přeléčení akutní infekce.
Konzervativní přístup či excizi cysty v jedné době je
možné zvažovat jako alternativní řešení a posuzovat
individuálně případ od případu.
S ohledem na významné riziko reinfekce a riziko
karcinomu urachu v pozdějším věku se nám jeví
odstranění symptomatické cysty v druhé době
jako optimální léčebná strategie.
