Nesidioma in tumor triplicity in urological practice

Longer lifetime and aging population is conected with higher incidens of neoplasmas. In urological practice we are confronted with duplicit, triplicit or even more multiplicit tumors. Some of them can be rare but clinical singnificant. Nesidioms belong among them, because they are localized in retroperitoneum, vhere urological procedures are often provide. Endocrinological activity can be relevant for urologist as show our experiance.
