Authors describe a case report of unusual dissemination of the prostatic carcinoma following the radical prostatectomy.
The case report shows that even with the strict adhering to rules for correct indication and with use of all routine investigation methods the illness dissemination must not be detected on time. This leads to radical treatment failure, namely in cases with isolated visceral metastasis and minimal elevation of PSA values.
