Epididymal aspergilloma

Invasive aspergillosis is serious complication of infection caused by aspergillus which occurs in immunocompromised patients. Authors present case report of aspergilloma of epididymis in young patient with acute myeloid leukemia. After unsuccessful conservative treatment surgical solution was chosen.
