Calcified metal tacker removal from the bladder using Holmium laser

Case report presents patient referred for cystolithotripsy using Holmium laser. Intraoperatively identified metal tacker used in laparoscopic inguinal hernia mesh repair. Uneventful recovery followed endoscopic removal of the foreign body which was removed in total.
