Non seminoma germ cell tumor (NSGCT) in a non-compliant patient

This article presents a case report of a non-compliant patient with slow progression of scrotal expansion. After surgery and radio-diagnostic procedures germinal cell tumor (NSGCT), pT4cNOcMO, S1. For three years, following the initial diagnosis, the patient continualy refused the recommended treatment Due to local tumor progression, the patient underwent an extensive radical excision of the inguinoscrotal region with a penectomy, urethral perineostomywith adverse and uncertain prognosis.
