PSA (prostate specif c antigen) era has brought the fundamental changes in the clinical course of the prostate cancer and also new diagnostic and therapeutic algorithms. Hormonal therapy (androgen deprivation) continuous to be a fundamental form of the systemic therapy this malignity. Numerous attempts towards improving diagnostic, management and prognosis of the patients with prostate cancer by molecular staging have been fruitless so far. The reason is relatively low specifity of standard used tumor marker ? PSA (Prostatic Specific Antigen). No single molecular parameter is routinely analyzed in prostate cancer tissue. Powerful DNA array and proteomics methods allow the systematic analysis of virtually all genes of a cancer on the DNA, RNA, and protein level. In future, one of the major scientific challenges will be the validation of several potential biomarkers in large enough and clinically well characterized patient cohorts....
Kidney carcinoma associated with Xp11.2 translocation type ASPL/TFE3

Aim: Renal cell carcinomas with translocation are in WHO classif cation of kidney tumours 2004 a new entity. These carcinomas are defined by dif erent translocations of chromosome Xp11.2 leading in all cases of short arm of chromosome X in locus 11.2 with gene TFE3. T ey are divided by type of translocation on 6 types. Nearly half of them are carcinomas with translocation of type ASPL/TFE3 with translocation t(X;17)(p11.2;q25) characterised with fusion of genes ASPL and TFE3. Epidermoid cyst of foreskin

Common finding on foreskin is a phimosis. We can observe also some other af ections on the foreskin. Rather rare is a presence of foreskin cyst. Most often we find epidermoid cysts, patological cystic formation with its own epitelial lining and absence of other tissues. They appear in all age categories. In uropoetic system we observe them most often in testis and epididymis, but rarely are found in other locations. Making diagnosis we base mainly on aspection and palpation, but we use also ultrasound. Primary treatment is surgical ablation - excision. We demonstrate a case report of a patient with epidermoid cyst on the foreskin.
Benign mucinous cystadenoma of the retroperitoneum

Authors present a case of 60 yers old patient with primary diagnosed renal cyst on right side. In peripheral urological department was done nonstandard cysts punction and suction without sclerotization and fluid examination. According control CT scan were found a cysts reccurence. The laparoscopic ablation was indicated and on the basis of perioperative finding the diagnosis was switch to mucinous cystadenoma. It´s a very rare dissease with complicated diagnosis. The final diagnosis is based on histological examination.
