Panurethral strictures of distal urethra

Authors present summary of own experiences with one of current possibilities of treatment of panurethral strictures - method of transfer of cutaneous flap. They use Jordan's modiffication of Quartey's operation, which applies a long island of penile skin to ensure flap nutrition. In seven operated patients authors detect no serious complication. Quartey's operation can't be combine with another operative technique in any case. Assessing of these results have to be careful, because these patients were evaluated 6 months after operation. Very good results and expressive better quality of life of our patients shows hopeful possibilities of this operative technique.
