Using of tunica vaginalis testis for urethral reconstruction

Authors introduce case report of 23 years man with stricture distal urethra after several non-successfull endoscopic performances. Stricture was treated by combined simple reconstruction using pendulous flap of tunica vaginalis testis and second flap from preputium. Tunica vaginalis testis is convenient tissue for utilization in reconstructive urethral surgery.
