Laparoscopic injury of the ureter

Authors describe a group of 4 patients which have an injury of urogenital organs in relation with laparoscopic operation. In two cases during the laparoscopic adnexecto-my occured injury of an ureter and in the others during the laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH) occured also damage of ureter and in one case occured losing injury of urinary bladder. It is relatively new type of iartrogenic damages occured in relation with development of new operating methods and techniques.
